Sylvia Moore Jackson, Jeanne Jarvis and Edith C. Strange, all graduates of Howard University in Washington, D.C., have created a diverse collection of oils and watercolors. Their collages, portraits, landscapes and images of flowers “en-gage the viewer in lasting memory,” says Vivienne Thaul Wechter, Ph.D., Fordham University artist in residence and curator of exhibitions and acquisitions. “Each artist is a superb colorist.” DATE: MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, FEB. 2-28 TIME: 9 A.M.
