Rats were a plentiful sight at Manhattan’s First Street Green on Saturday, May 20, but absent was any human shriek or flinch that might normally accompany them. The images of New York’s most infamous rodent were part of “Street Art for Street Rats,” an afternoon of education and art organized by Fordham doctoral student Matthew Combs.
