Keynote Address
Patricia M. Virella, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Montclair State University and author of Crisis as Catalyst, will share insights from her groundbreaking research. Virella’s work explores equity-oriented crisis leadership, offering actionable frameworks for educational leaders.

Panel Discussion
Hear from Fordham students and alumni as they discuss their real-world experiences navigating crises in education, sharing strategies to foster resilience in schools and communities.
